This is a three month container, meeting every other week for one hour.
This is a three month long mentorship program.
We will connect in a group as well as one-on-one through Zoom. There are six workshops that will meet every other week. Also included are two bonus spirit circle calls that will happen on the same week days alternating between the workshop weeks. This will be less new information focused and more of a time to center and ground, discuss feelings, questions, obstacles you might encounter throughout your process, etc.
After each workshop you will receive the workbook that corresponds to the topics that we went over that day. These are things that you can do and journal about to help you integrate all you learn into your daily life.
