Consists of one hour session once a week via zoom. We begin in prayer, move into a meditation, I pull a card for you, and we discuss whatever is on your heartspace, and we intuitively move from there based on what your spirit is seeking. I provide additional practices and suggested steps to help you navigate through the week and develop a stronger relationship to God.
